Our Workshop. Day 4
They were script-writers, directors and actors - we speak about workshop participants that have realized 3 wonderful films about what healthy means. They shared their own experiences and struggles in getting a healthier lifestyle; they made us laugh or they acted opponent parts in order to understand a healthy lifestyle from another point of view. And because healthy lifestyle can be defined in so many ways, they made posters on their perfect healthy day. In the end, they also taught us a healthy thing from their countries` lifestyle.

Our Workshop. Day 3
Yes, we had some physical activity. We did not mow nor dig the land, but we had sport in open air. That is how the 3rd day of our workshop began. And we continued the same way> in open air, so we visited Astra Open Museum, an institution that hosts original monuments representative for the values of the Romanian village.
Dwellings from various parts of the country,
interior decorations preserved in the original form, peasant industrial
installations, traditional means of transportation etc are displayed
here.

Our Workshop. Day 2
Let`s know each better! This was the motto of our workshop - 2nd day. How? Through games using the Bingo method, through Power Point Presentation on Sibiu`s multiculturalism and ethnography, through the specific food in the Romanian traditional society, through posters centered on representatives dishes for each country, but also through a healthy tour in the old town of Sibiu.

Our Workshop. Day 1
They came by airplane, train and bus and here they are: our new friends from Portugal, France, Austria, Greece, Cyprus and Hungary! Ana, Julio, Valentine, Louise, Marlene, Nikolai, Demetra, Popi, Mariann and Katalin – all participate in our workshop "Discover a Healthy Way of Life through the Romanian Traditions"! It is our pleasure to welcome them all! We hope you are going to have a great time and a great workshop!
